Welcome to Qareto. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qareto website at https://qareto.online and our AI-powered receptionist services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

"Qareto," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Qareto, a business entity operated by Aromal Satheesh, located at Chaithanya, Kudassanad, Alappuzha, Kerala, 689512. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using our Service.

2. Description of Service

Qareto provides an AI-powered chat widget that businesses can embed on their websites. The Service includes:

• AI-powered chat functionality to answer visitor questions
• Lead capture and management tools
• Appointment request handling
• Dashboard for managing leads, appointments, and widget settings

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Qareto offers subscription-based pricing. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial period. No charges will be made until day 8. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.3 Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through Dodo Payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.5 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and processing.

4.6 GST/Tax Information

All prices displayed are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. Dodo Payments, as our Merchant of Record, handles all tax calculations, collection, and remittance in accordance with local regulations.

For Indian customers: GST and other applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Tax invoices are provided by Dodo Payments for all transactions. For GST-related queries or documentation required for inward remittance, please contact support@qareto.online.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice through the AI widget
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm minors

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6.2 License to Qareto

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide. You must have the right to use and share any information you input into the Service.

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI assistant may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses
• AI responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by humans before delivery
• The AI is not capable of providing professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated responses as needed
• The AI should not be used as the sole basis for important business decisions
• AI capabilities and features may change over time

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Qareto and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Dodo Payments: For payment processing and as our Merchant of Record
• OpenAI: For AI-powered responses
• Hosting providers: For infrastructure

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
