1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Qareto, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. The 30-day money-back guarantee begins immediately after the 7-day trial period ends. If you are not satisfied with our AI services within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, please contact support@qareto.online for a full refund. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

This guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your subscription start date (the date your first payment was charged on day 8).

Important: Your 7-day free trial runs from day 1-7 with no charges. Charges begin on day 8. The 30-day money-back guarantee begins immediately after the 7-day trial period ends (starting from day 8 when your paid subscription begins).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@qareto.online with your account email and reason for the refund request.
  2. We will review your request and process the refund if eligible.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Partial months of service (refunds are only available for full subscription periods)
  • Any add-on services or features purchased separately

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

If you cancel within the 30-day guarantee period, you are eligible for a full refund as described above.

6. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
